Rowen, CIAYT – Certified Yoga TherapistI am a Certified Yoga Therapist (CIAYT) supporting adults and children experiencing nervous system dysregulation, anxiety, trauma, sensory challenges, chronic stress, or life after an acquired brain injury (ABI), with sessions offered online and in person.With 19 years of experience working with adults with acquired brain injuries, my approach is gentle, patient, and person-centred, supporting regulation, reconnection, and a sense of safety in the body.I also support children navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and sensory processing challenges through a developmentally appropriate, trauma-sensitive approach.While ABI is a core specialization, my practice is open to anyone seeking nervous system healing — especially those feeling anxious, disconnected, overstimulated, or wanting to feel more at ease in their body.Sessions blend gentle movement, somatic awareness, sensory-integration tools, and calming breath practices, always tailored to your nervous system.Healing is not about striving — it is about returning to yourself with kindness.

How We Can Work TogetherSupport is available through 1:1 yoga therapy sessions, structured 6–8 week nervous system and ABI group programs, and trauma-sensitive community classes. Sessions are offered online and in person, always at a pace that honours your nervous system.Each session is slow, intentional, and personalized — never rushed, always compassionate.You don’t need to push or fix yourself.
You can begin exactly where you are, even if you have never done any yoga previously.Healing is not linear. It is a gentle return to yourself.
